Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Welcome to AutoTap ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using AutoTap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
AutoTap is an Android auto-click and gesture assistant. Features include:
- Single-point and multi-point tap/swipe scripts;
- Accessibility Service and overlay UI (toolbar, crosshair, action markers) on top of other apps;
- Save, load, and export scripts; run settings (intervals, repeat counts, anti-detection randomization);
- Optional linked-app launch, game mode, and UI personalization;
- In-app ads served by Google AdMob where enabled.
2. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
- You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, or use the App with guardian consent.
- You are responsible for granting required system permissions (Accessibility, overlay, notifications, battery optimization exemption, etc.). Denying permissions may limit functionality.
- You must use the App lawfully and comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules (games, social apps, stores, etc.).
- You must not use the App for cheating, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, or any illegal or harmful purpose. You bear all consequences of misuse.
- The App is provided "as is" and may not work on every device, OS version, or foreground application.
3. Accessibility Service
AutoTap uses the Android Accessibility Service to perform taps and swipes you configure and to show helper overlays. This processing occurs on your device. We do not upload your screen content to our servers. See in-app permission guidance for details.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, misconfigured scripts, device issues, data loss, or actions taken by third-party platforms (including account restrictions).
6. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AutoTap (package name: com.tomdev.autotap.autoclicker) handles information. The App does not require you to create an account.
1. Information We Process
- Local data: Script names and content, run settings, and language preferences stored on your device (e.g. SharedPreferences) to provide core features;
- Advertising: If ads are shown, Google AdMob may process advertising IDs, device information, and IP address for ad delivery and measurement. You can manage consent via in-app "Privacy & ads" (when shown) and system settings;
- Diagnostics: If we add crash or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
2. Accessibility Service and Screen Content
The Accessibility Service reads UI nodes to locate tap targets and perform gestures. We do not transmit screen recordings, messages, passwords, or other private content to our servers. Processing stays on-device for automation you initiate.
3. Permissions
- Accessibility: Execute taps/swipes and show helper overlays;
- Overlay / foreground service: Display controls, crosshair, and running status;
- Notifications: Required foreground service notifications;
- Battery optimization: Reduce risk of the system killing background service;
- Network: Load ads and privacy consent (UMP) flows;
- Installed apps (if applicable): List launchable apps when you use linked-app features.
4. Storage and Security
Scripts and settings are stored locally unless you export them. Uninstalling the App typically removes local App data. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob / UMP — ads and consent management;
- Google Play — distribution and updates.
Their practices are governed by their own policies.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). If we learn we collected personal information from a child without consent, we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Where applicable law grants rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, contact us below. Much data is local-only; you can also clear App data or uninstall.
8. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy and update the date above. Material changes may be communicated in the App where appropriate.
